Rental & Washing Service
How does the rental service work?
- You provide event details, date, location, and estimated quantities.
- We recommend suitable products and provide a transparent quote.
- Delivery of clean reusable items in transport boxes directly to your event location.
- After the event: Return roughly rinsed items (no detergent) to the boxes.
- DishCircle handles pickup, counting, professional cleaning, and optional storage for future events.
Optionally, we offer deposit clearing – ideal for city festivals, large-scale events, and festivals.
Can we have our own reusable items washed?
Yes, upon request we can clean your own reusable items hygienically. Especially useful if you already use your own cups or bowls.
How do you ensure hygiene?
Cleaning is performed with professional dishwashing technology in defined processes. All items are thoroughly washed, checked, and hygienically packaged for delivery.

Which products do you offer?

Are the products dishwasher safe?
Yes, all items are suitable for professional washing. Further properties such as temperature ranges or specific requirements can be clarified individually.
Purchase & Branding
Can we also buy reusable products?
Yes. Many items are available for purchase as well – neutral or with custom branding. Ideal for brands, breweries, caterers, or recurring events.
Which branding options are available?
We offer tailored branding solutions, such as logos or custom designs. Options and feasibility are discussed individually.
Can you store our branded cups?
Yes. Upon request, we handle storage, cleaning, and provisioning of your branded items for future use.
Returns & Deposit
How does the return process work?
After the event, collect all reusable items in the provided transport boxes. DishCircle will pick them up, count them in the washing center, and invoice based on returned quantities.
Which deposit model do you recommend?
In practice, deposits of €1–2 per item have proven effective. For high-value glasses, a deposit of up to €5 may be reasonable. We’ll help you find the right deposit model.

Standard projects are typically implemented within 3–5 business days. Larger events are planned in advance together with you.

Billing is based on the quantities counted in our washing center. This keeps your billing transparent and verifiable.

Yes, upon request we provide content and materials so you can communicate your reusable system effectively to guests, partners, or stakeholders.
